• ALL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, NEGLIGENCE, OR LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE.
• DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTERNAL FACTORS SUCH AS POWER SURGES, IMPROPER COOLING, FIRE, FLOODING, THIEF, OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS.
• NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF PARTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HOSES, SEALS, CONNECTORS, AND CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS.
• UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS, REPAIRS, OR ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE PRODUCT.
• DAMAGES CAUSED BY FAILURE TO FOLLOW PROPER INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS.
IF A DEFECT IS DISCOVERED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PURCHASER MUST:

• PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
• DROP OFF OR SHIP THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AT THE PURCHASER’S EXPENSE, TO CALIMET REPAIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT 9949 HAYWARD WAY, SOUTH EL MONTE, CA 91733, AND FOLLOWING THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICK UP OR THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE RETURN OF THE MACHINE. NOTICE: CALIMET IS NOT RESPONSE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
